Transmisssion troubleshooting and Repair My 2008 Toyota Camry engine light came on and the diagnosis showed a P2716 code,Another Toyota dealer said a new transmission and TCM would be requ My 2008 Toyota Camry engine light came on and the diagnosis showed a P2716 code,Another Toyota dealer said a new transmission and TCM would be required at a cost of around $6000.Toyotatown did a diagnostic check indicating a faulty solenoid and recommended a visual inspection of the transmission prior to replacing the solenoid.The visual inspection revealed no issues with the transmission so the solenoid was replaced at a total repair cost of $1000.The service advisor Mike Minarsky was thorough in explaining what was happening and the costs involved .He communicated well and confirmed our discussions by email.He really took care of me.The work has just been completed and hopefully everything will be fine. Today, I was reminded that I always felt that I was taken well c I have gone to Toyota Town to service my Matrix ever since I bought it 10 years ago. Today, I was reminded that I always felt that I was taken well care of and treated fairly. Yesterday, one of their mechanics accidentally damaged one of my CV boots. Toyota Town service called me to let me know, said that they would repair it free of charge, and asked if they could keep my car overnight as they couldn't get a replacement boot until the next morning. They also asked me what my car needs were for the next 24 hours . When I said I had plans for the evening that required a car, they located a loaner for me. That is service! More

Toyota Town knocked it out of the park! With the arrival of our third child, it was time to upgrade from a 4 door sedan to a family friendly mini van. As we had bad experiences in the past with domestic, we were set on buying foreign. Due to my immense stature, my options were limited. Tomasz Kisiel was very attentive, patient, and available as I worked my way through the buying experience, and guided me towards what I was looking for rather than doing what most car sales people do, which is to try to push you where they want you to buy something. Tomasz answered all questions as they arose throughout the period between test driving and deciding to buy, and was accessible to our needs as a growing family with a newborn at home in the doldrums of January, and all of the challenges that come with buying in that weather with small children. Toyota town and Tomasz both far exceeded my expectations, and I am happy that we went there, and myself wife and children are all over the moon with our new purchase. More
Needed help to pair my cell phone with my car. I have given my experience yesterday (February 6th) a five star rating. First of all, when I went in and asked for help there was no hesitation. A few moments later I met Allycia Mulcair whose pleasant manner made me comfortable with her right away. She was very respectful of my needs. I wanted to go through the procedure on my own with her there for moral support and technical support if I needed it. Sure enough, I needed some technical help. Allycia told me that she was not familiar with pairing a 2011 model but that didn't stop her from digging deep to figure out how to make it work. She pulled up a video on her phone and got to the bottom of things. Between the two of us we had success. I was pleased with myself because I was involved with the process and that was what I wanted. I like to learn how to deal with things on my own and Allycia picked up on that and did not just take over. When I am in market for another car I will definitely look her up. She has a way of developing a rapport very quickly. That's a great starting point for doing business. Thanks Allycia. More
