Excellent experience in service department. I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picke I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picked me up when the shuttle was too busy. There had been a recent insurance claim with the vehicle and Mike helped to solved a problem which required extra calling about on his part. My second encounter with Mike was for a regular issue. He again provided friendly helpful service. More

Geordie went the extra effort to arrange test drives and to find vehicles with the color scheme we were considering so that we could see them on a actual vehicle. Due to our time constraints, Geordie was asked to provided a quote with trade-in and was able to do so in a very timely fashion without the normal hassles we have experienced in the past at other car dealers.
