We knew we wanted a Toyota as we had owned a Corolla and loved it. We settled on a Rav mainly because it was assembled in Canada. We discussed the options we would like the vehicle to have and took one for a test drive. Geordie was very educated in the various options and lead us to the perfect car for us. We would absolutely recommend Toyota Town and especially Geordie When it was time to pick up our Rav Geordie was there to meet us. As exciting as buying a new car can be, we were stressed about the finality of making a decision about where and what to buy. We looked around at different brands before easily settling on the Rav4. I thought that would be the easiest part, but working with Frank Circelli at ToyotaTown changed the experience from a "formal transaction" to a personal exchange that was relaxed and comfortable. There wasn't the pressure that I have felt when purchasing vehicles (from other dealerships). I felt like the decision was ours and Frank was there to inform and guide us rather than get us in and out and on to the next family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank to family or friends and as far as the Rav4 is concerned, my wife describes it as the new love in her life. More

Air condition leak I noticed that there was a pool of fluid on the passenger side of my 2017 Rav 4 Hybrid. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday August 4/2018 for service. I noticed that there was a pool of fluid on the passenger side of my 2017 Rav 4 Hybrid. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday August 4/2018 for service. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I waited about 5 minutes beside my car and was approached 3 times to acknowledge my wait time. Amanda apologized for the short delay and thoroughly informed me of the service time and possible cost in the event that the problem was not a manufacturer defect. She assured me that she would call me as soon as a diagnosis was made. She gave me her business card. When she called me later I was surprised that the problem was caused by leaves collecting in the blower motor fan. She said this was not considered to be a manufacturer defect however she would waive the $60 service fee for this one time. I have never had this issue with any vehicle I have owned in my 40 years of driving which why I was surprised at the cause. When my husband and I came to get our vehicle, Amanda graciously honoured my husband's request to have a service technician show him how this can happen and discuss how to prevent from happening again. The whole experience was very positive for us as first time Toyota owners. Amanda is to be commended for her excellent professional service and represents the company well!
