It was early in the morning, the service area was very bu My wife and I went to ToyotaTown recently because we had concerns over our RAV 4's battery. It was early in the morning, the service area was very busy and we didn't have an appointment. Fortunately, Brittany Butler, greeted us with a big smile on her face and we soon learned that she has very good listening skills along with a genuine desire to resolve our problem in an effective and efficient way. Later in the day we received a phone call from Brittany to pick-up the RAV 4. The battery was now in working order and we weren't charged a dime for the service. Thanks Brittany! Thanks ToyotaTown!
