Ken’s a good guy who tried to make this transaction work but, with issues from a failed safet I found a great used car and dealt with Ken to buy it. Ken’s a good guy who tried to make this transaction work but, with issues from a failed safety test, it wasn’t easy and took way too long. I went into the dealer many times that week only to wait for service. On one occasion, I waited two hours and about an hour each on two other visits. It definitely wasn’t all Ken’s fault, but he sent me to another mechanic for the safety and the repair when they have service right there. It could’ve been much easier. The service dept. is extremely knowledgeable; once a Toyotatown mechanic has fixed something, it remains fixed. I have never had to go back with the same problem after a repair. And, perhaps most important, Toyotatown service people are honest. They never try to sell you something you don't need. On Oct. 12 I was in with my '05 Sienna van for major repairs. Helena Vrabec, my service advisor on this occasion , couldn't have been more helpful. I am a senior with many health problems, and she was very, very solicitous in arranging rides for me to home and back. My van had to be kept overnight on that occasion. I enthusiastically recommend Toyotatown sales and service without qualification. More
