I called and made an appointment to meet with a sales representative the day before visiting the dealer and was greeted at the scheduled time by me sale rep Mr. Frank Circelli. My vehicle of choice was a 2019 Highlander and Frank had one ready to go for a test drive. Frank took me through all the in's and out's of the vehicle during the drive and back in the showroom. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank as there was no heavy sales pressure only a helpful attitude, for this I give Frank a five star rating. I'm very happy with my new Highlander! More

Service on a 1998 Camry I took my 1998 Camry to resolve a steering fluid leak and electrical system failure following work by another garage in our area. The latter problem I took my 1998 Camry to resolve a steering fluid leak and electrical system failure following work by another garage in our area. The latter problem occurred on 3 occasions over 3 years and resulted in both alternator and battery replacement each time. On one occasion this failure occurred while the car was being driven causing loss of power steering and power brakes. This issues were quickly resolved at Toyota Town by Senior Service Advisor, Jason DeFelice. The leak was the result of an improper previous installation of a high pressure metal tube that damaged the pump for the steering. The electrical problem was the result of a short in the dome light in the cabin that was not previously identified despite the use of a computer system diagnosis on each occasion at the other garage. Neither the battery nor alternator required replacement. More
