I started out with a very informative discussion with Mark Eisan, who then connected me with Gwen Jones in sales. Gwen took the time to get to know me and help put me in the right car! She was very knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted and needed. I feel confident that I made the best decision without being pressured to do so. Gwen Jones went out of her way to help us with our many questions and concerns. She understood when we needed more time, and followed up with us to be sure we were satisfied. Rita Dalal went over the financial information for us, clarifying the numbers and responding to any concerns we had. Finally we were happy with everything and were able to drive our new car home after a very positive experience. More
