Emergency Service During my travel to a family function I experienced a flat tire on the 401. Toyota Roadside Assistance was prompt in getting my tire changed however During my travel to a family function I experienced a flat tire on the 401. Toyota Roadside Assistance was prompt in getting my tire changed however I needed a new tire to complete my trip. Called the ToyotaTown dealership in London which was the nearest dealership at the time. Based on the call an appointment was set up and a new tire ordered. Arrived at the dealership where the service happened immediately and got me on my way. Jason DeFelice (Senior Service Manager) and the team (Joe Moniz) were very helpful and very professional. Certainly one of the best levels of customer service I have experienced. I have been a Toyota customer for 30 years and experiences like this remind me why. Thanks to the ToyotaTown Service team.
