Great experience buying my new Corolla Hatchback! I met with Chad at Toyota Town when I went in looking for my new car. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I went in, and after going over I met with Chad at Toyota Town when I went in looking for my new car. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I went in, and after going over the various options, I went with the Corolla Hatchback (2019). Chad was helpful throughout the whole process, and worked with his manager to make sure they could get the exact car I wanted (standard transmission in Flame Blue). Since I was so specific, there was a timeline for the delivery, and he was completely upfront about how long it could take. I received a message when my car arrived to set up a delivery date. The day I picked up my car, Chad met me at the front entrance, ready with everything necessary to finalize the purchase. A few forms later, and a walkthrough of the car, and I was ready to go. Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and worked to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Everyone at the dealership that I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Easily the best car buying experience I've had. More

I was purchasing my first car (at 30 I know) and the team here helped make my decision easy and stress free. I had been to 2 dealerships before coming here and looked at a lot used cars and when I came in to Toyota town I was looking at a used Corolla. It was recently sold and Brian sat down with me and went over other options of other models used and new. I was a little indecisive and got him to quote 4 different options for me. I came into test drive the hatchback and a used Corolla (Geordie) took me very quickly out on both (I was in a rush coming from work going to babysit my niece and nephew). They were super accommodating if Brian wasn’t available he made sure I could come in anytime and have someone look after me. I finally decided on a new Corolla hatchback and I met Rita. She was awesome and made the daunting task of purchasing and money less stressful. We made sure that I had the proper features what was necessary to maintain my car but within my budget. I felt very comfortable and not pressured into anything I didn’t want. Rita even answered my call when she was off in the morning and answered a few last minute questions. Finally as I was waiting for my car (coming from Japan) my current car broke down and was no longer drivable and not worth fixing. I desperately called Brian up and asked if my car could get there any earlier (I could not work without a car). He called me back within an hour and had a loner car for me to drive for the few days before my car was ready. Really was life saver (I’m a supply teacher and very dependent on my car to get everywhere). That is where I met (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but the very friendly Old school VW Beatle driving guy). He greeted my mother and I and chatted to us while we waited for a few papers to be signed and the car to be brought up. I had a great experience here and I am LOVING my new car! I highly suggest coming here everyone I met was kind and they went above and beyond to help me. Thanks guys! More

He kept in touch while I was trying to figure out how to get out of my lease and into the vehicle of my dreams. In the end he solved all my problems and took care of my lease and made sure I was able to purchase my new vehicle without any issues. I have a problem with my touch screen not working, he is aware of it and working on setting up an appointment for the service technicians to address and remedy. Thank you Geordie for making me feel like royalty. More

Good but seems to miss the mark on details Brought my vehicle in for a 24,000km service and Apple Car Play update. Fast efficient check in and shuttle driver was friendly and efficient at getting me back to work. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the lady at reception was friendly and went over my bill and let me know everything that was done in the service and that CarPlay update was complete. She stated that my car was washed and up front and handed me my keys. I went to my car and I will know for the future to ask them not to wash my car as there was dried up soap all over it. I was in a hurry to get back to work so I did not mention it. I did however go back inside to attempt to get someone to help me with the apple CarPlay as I have never used it before. I had to ask 3 people It would be beneficial to have a 1 page document to explain how the feature that I paid $60.00 for works. Google it doesn’t seem like an acceptable answer for something that I paid money for to replace the Entune system which was very unsatisfactory Like I said: Good but could be better More thinking from a customer perspective would be beneficial More
