My recent service experience with Toyota town was nothing short of amazing! Not only did they get me up and running the same day, but did so with no notice! I had a serious issue that demanded immediate atte short of amazing! Not only did they get me up and running the same day, but did so with no notice! I had a serious issue that demanded immediate attention, and desperately needed my truck back ASAP. Firis (my service expert) not only got fit me in to the schedule right away, but recommended the right course of action for me, and had the work completed by the end of the day at a totally reasonable rate! THAT DUDE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Thank you so much!! More

They were both friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Kevin was especially great because he wanted to ensure husband was part of the deal too so I didn't sign anything without him going over it with both of us. Kevin did a very thorough job in explaining all the features of our 2020 Highlander. Rita is a very friendly and genuinely nice person. She is a benefit to the dealership.
