I had a great experience and I am very happy to give Todd 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at an 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at another dealership. He pointed out what should be done, the costs involved and we agreed that safety was most important. He kept in touch with me while my vehicle was there and let me know what was found during his inspection. He was friendly, open and honest and that's something I appreciate.
