Brian was a no pressure sales person which I so totally appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my questions. I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremel subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the vehicle features. It was also very pleasant dealing with Rita from Finance. Both ladies were amazing and had a great, positive attitude. Most importantly, I appreciated that all the costs of the vehicle were presented in a clear manner, which was sorely lacking in my experiences with other dealerships.
