I have enjoyed Toyotatown for many eyars and Faris has been my go to mechanic really for many years sine we met. He has serviced all my Rav4's since he started there and we love working with him. He is prepared, knowledgeable, fair and always explains his work and suggests what is needed. I have kept and still drive and love my 2012 Rav4. While I have replaced several other models as leases mature, I bought htis one out of the lease as it is my favourite Rav4 model - bigger than our previous models which had the Carolla frame and a great practical design. Faris keepos it in top shape - we even replace the wipers seasonally with the tires! Recently I leased a new 2021 Rav4 for my spouse to replace her 2017 Rav4 instead of just swpping the tires and I know I will get the same excellent service. toytatown has a great team across the baord form slaes, management finance and service.
