Shawn and the team at ToyotaTown were excellent. When I first spoke to Shawn about the car we were interested in I didn't think we would be able to come to see it until later in the week. In 2020, when I was visiting in London, I had problem with one of my tires, which I ended up here, thankfully. Their service department people were giving me a good first experience with their service, which was hospitable, accommodating, cooperative and with efficient. Since then, I became regular here and very happy with the service, especially from Amanda Krug, service advisor. She is a kind, good-listener, compassionate and empathetic in giving me service advices and flexible pricing.
