We came to buy a car and we did, though not the one we planned to. We started with an e-AWD Prius, but the manual driver’s seat adjustment with no lumber support was a ‘no go’. The Corolla hybrid felt better and then the Camry Hybrid hit the spot. Brian was very patient and most helpful throughout the whole process, with no pressure and lots of knowledge. He offered us a good deal and did not push for an immediate decision. The most impressive thing (at least it never happened to us before) was when we got our new car and Brian walked us through all its bells and whistles, for which we are most grateful.
