A 45 minute oil changed into two hours because they lost track of my truck and got it mixed up with somebody else’s. after dealing with that i got into my truck to find a receipt in my cup holder worth over track of my truck and got it mixed up with somebody else’s. after dealing with that i got into my truck to find a receipt in my cup holder worth over $500 to someplace I haven’t been to in 12 years or more. Pretty sure it took so long because they were letting somebody drive my truck around or look at it since they don’t have any on the lot. They asked for the receipt but I wouldn’t give it to them hopefully The customer doesn’t have to return their stuff because they don’t have a receipt. More
