I can say purchasing a new vehicle in this Pandemic has been trying at best, my local dealership in Sault Ste.Marie dropped the ball, so we reached out to ToyotaTown in London and were referred to Shawn, a been trying at best, my local dealership in Sault Ste.Marie dropped the ball, so we reached out to ToyotaTown in London and were referred to Shawn, all I can say was he went out of his way to get us a vehicle to test drive,We selected a new Venza and were kept up to date with the order status by Shawn, he was quick to respond to any emails or questions as to the deal, my trade in was what I believed to be very fair with very little negotiation,The finance office was fair as well without high pressure add- ons.I can say without conviction this was the easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever participated in.NICE WORK GUYS AND GALS at ToyotaTown in London Ontario, my next Toyota will definitely be with this team and with Shawn.10 Stars, PS: the wife and I love our new Venza More
