Not in the case of Jeff Moore who was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, funny and, yes (!), absolutely 100% genuine during the process of purchasing my new RAV4 this week at Toyota On The Park. I arrived exhausted and edgy after having spent my day trudging to and from other dealers and being subjected to a multitude of pressure sale tactics, in an attempt to find "the" car for me. He was able to put me at ease and really suss out what it was that I wanted, walk me through the process, provide advice and, best of all, let me leave to go think about the test drive and the information he'd given me without making me feel like I'd be burning a bridge. The RAV4 is a quality vehicle and Toyota has an excellent reputation, so it was always among the handful of choices I was considering. Jeff's exemplary customer service during the entire process this week truly sealed the deal for me. Thank you Jeff and the entire team at Toyota On The Park for making my car buying experience such an enjoyable one. More

Today at Toyota on the Park Our last 4 cars have been from Toyota on the Park. While I was waiting for my car to have the winter tires taken off, I wandered over to the show room. I was greeted by sales rep, Jordan Lin. He is friendly, and professional, and customer satisfaction driven. I explained to Jordan what I was looking for and he made it happen! Working with Jordan was a pleasure! He is a very good listener, and was never pushy! Jordan is competent and cheerful, and is clearly an asset to the sales team. As always, my time at Toyota on the Park was A++. Thanks! More

Alex and Hon have been really helpful and I do not feel "rushed." They have an excellent and quiet lounge area where you can work/study and there is free wifi and coffee/tea! The bathrooms are also really clean and they give you complimentary car wash tokens for servicing your vehicle! I live in Etobicoke and it is worth the drive across town to come to this place for service! - Steven More
