To new customer, DO NOT agree to add Rust proofing by the time you purchase your car. Black dots is coming on my front windshield from inside because of the rust proofing was not done perfectly ( after the time you purchase your car. I went there about three times and every time they were not able to fix it. Every winter I am having the same issue and they are not able to fix it and giving me a random reasons ( what a service ) First time I went there it was a few months after purchasing my 2021 vehicle !! We have been buying Toyota cars for many, many years. But our latest experience when we had our car services was terrible. We bought Michelin tires in November 2019 and drove them for les than 18,000 km. But our latest experience when we had our car services was terrible. We bought Michelin tires in November 2019 and drove them for les than 18,000 km. They show weather cracks and need to be replaced. Since the Michelin warranty does not cover that we were offered 4 new tires ( labour and alignment) for $820 +HST. Also a corroded speaker cable was spliced (did not have such cable in stock to offer a new one) and charged us $465. As a sign of good will we would get $46 rebate for that work. Totally unacceptable. Good-by Toyota. Looking for another dealer, who values its customers and treats them fairly. Martina More
