I was referred to work with Paul to make purchasing my ideal vehicle as stress-free and reliable as possible, and boy was I pleased. Sometimes walking into a dealership you feel as though you are in a shark tank, especially if you are not familiar with the nature of the business. It put me at ease to work with somebody who a friend speaks highly of, but Paul's expertise and organization allowed me to give him my full trust. I found it especially helpful when he put things in perspective and made meaning to the numbers we discussed before finalizing a deal. Paul is personable and has really impressed me with his sincerity and kindness. It was a pleasure! More

Peter on the other hand, almost immediately replied to my first inquiry, listened carefully and anticipated my needs expertly, so when I arrived at the dealership every car he showed me was what I was looking for, thereby greatly shortening my time in the dealership and conversely expediting my bum in a seat driving my car home.... I received a call today (Nov 20) from Toyota Financial saying I was in violation of my lease agreement because I had not returned the vehicle or purchased it. Toyota Financial had received no communication from the dealership about my purchase 3 weeks ago - and I still haven't received a call confirming that ownership has been transferred. So what happened? Clearly, a continuation of the poor customer service that awaits those who purchase at lease end rather than buying or leasing a new vehicle. This is a problem that goes beyond the individuals I dealt with and should be addressed by the GM. More
