Other dealerships compared to this one are a joke. He made me feel comfortable and actually was sincere when we negotiated a fair price for my new vehicle. My latest experience did not start Anastasia is simply a gem, the best customer service representative I have ever encountered at Toyota on the Park! My latest experience did not start out well. After my engine light came on Friday around 4 pm, I drove to the service centre and encountered 2 extremely unhelpful and uninterested employees who treated me like I was an interruption to them getting home. They refused to let my car be checked in. Grudgingly, I was given an appointment on Saturday, but warned that the problem could be diagnosed, but probably not fixed. I seriously considered going elsewhere. Luckily for me, it was Anastasia who looked after me on Saturday. She was kind, empathetic and explained everything clearly. She also went out of her way to make sure that, not only was the problem diagnosed, but also fixed in a very reasonable time. She treated me like a valued customer and had all the time in the world for me. Anastasia should give lessons to all reps about how to treat customers with dignity and respect. Aggie More
