Excellent Service! I had been referred to the Loan Arranger by a relative. Upon going into meet with a representative, Jermaine Goodwin, I received service beyond expect I had been referred to the Loan Arranger by a relative. Upon going into meet with a representative, Jermaine Goodwin, I received service beyond expectation. Jermaine sat down with my family, and allowed us to choose from the many options they have to offer in terms of vehicles. We chose the vehicle in which we found most suitable for our needs, and then negotiated with our representative in order to get the best financing possible. In less than two hours, our contracts were drawn up, and we left the office completely satisfied. We sent them the information for insuring the vehicle and such, and they handled all of the rest; they even put the plates on our vehicle so it would be ready for pick up. Best service I have ever received, not to mention efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. They stand behind their products! Amazing!! I was dealing with Adam B. This was my second time dealing with the Loan Arranger and both times were a great experience. The first car I got from the I was dealing with Adam B. This was my second time dealing with the Loan Arranger and both times were a great experience. The first car I got from them was a Kia Forta and it was a great car (no problems at all). This time I got a 2014 Dodge Journey. So Far it's amazing. Dealing with Adam was great! He was very personable and honest. So far I have recommended him to 3 friends (not sure if they have called him yet) and will continue to do so. I will defiantly be going back to him for my next car. Thank you for all your help Adam. I was actually looking for a cheap used car an It was my first vehicle purchase here in Canada and was a little unsure of what to look for in a car. I was actually looking for a cheap used car and ran into the Loan Arranger office at Kingston Road by accident. I told my friend who was driving to look at another vehicle that I was dissatisfied with after looking at the vehicle "let's see what Loan Arranger have to offer". I was not looking to finance at the time but after speaking to the sales representative and my friend that as a woman I should not just look price but look at the mileage, year, engine etc of the vehicle before making the purchase. I felt comfortable with the knowledge and experience offered by Mano and decided to stick with him to get the vehicle. What started of as a stressful experience for me ended in a joyful experience. The vehicle I chose is not my dream vehicle but it will suffice for now. I will recommend Mano at Loan Arranger to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and unsure of what they want.
