Engine light on brand new JGC and related issues. I had a very bad experience with my second JGC bought from the same dealer. I don't have any complaints against the dealer, as they tried their best I had a very bad experience with my second JGC bought from the same dealer. I don't have any complaints against the dealer, as they tried their best to rectify it. For the product, the FCW system was not working from the very beginning, and on the way driving back home after the purchase, I got my Engine Light ON coz of an oxygen sensor it seems. Anna dealt with the situation the best she can, most importantly she is caring and she understands the situation that's very important. My concern her is that I lost my time and money on a brand new Car just for because of FCAs' quality control incompetence. Still, I believe I need to give her 5 stars. Anna, I thank you for the service rendered ! More
