Nelson has a good way to maintain good relationship with clients: using easy-to-understand language to introduce vehicles, good and nice talking skills, more importantly, he knows clients. I remember when he recommended the new 2011Jeep Grand Cherokee to me, he mentioned it has a lot of advanced features which is good for me. This is ture to me, I like very much tech features in it when driving it, like 9 speaker audio system and the 30GB disk within it: I am keeping adding CDs into it.
