However, our experience with Team Chrysler dealership was exceptional and the sales associated (Derrick) have been so helpful and never shows any frustration even at a time we were having test drive more than 4 or 5 cars, he was smiling all the time . I will definitely recommend this sales person for all my friends and if we want to buy a car in the future this dealership will be on top of our list !!! Bravo and keep up the good work and finally our appreciation to the general manager (George) for his intervention when we decided to change the car that we original signed for and he have accepted our request and changed the car without any further issues and the car was delivered to us the same day, which you don't see these days at any other dealership !!!!! I'd like to give a special shout out to Salesman Nelson Tang for his diligent work in putting this deal together for me. I did an initial web search of Team's van inventory and saw the 2012 R/T for sale. I showed up on Saturday April 12th to physically view the van when I met Nelson in the used car section of the lot. Three and a half hours later, we had a deal done on the R/T. Having owned four previous Dodge vehicles, including a 2006 Grand Caravan, I found this to be one of the best deals I have ever made. Finally stopped by team Chrysler and was impressed by the amount of cars there! my wife and I found a gold mine!! Not a big fan of cologne/perfume drenched, pushy, uninformed sales people. (sorry, bad experiences in the past few weeks of shopping) Thankfully we met Sam!!! He didn't come across as pushy in any way. He has a Friendly and approachable personality! He was incredibly well informed and helpful in picking out a vehicle for us! Answered all of our questions! I also have to say Sam was very patient with me, as I tend to be a bit of a Joker.. Horrible Service I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts man I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts manager, then the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Ive spent thousands of dollars here and I was told by their parts staff that they care more about there dollars then customer service. I guess its time to take my business to a dealership who cares about their customers. Horrible service, I would never recommend this dealership! More
