He walked me through the entire process. The teamwork was amazing since as soon as I had identified what I wanted he took me over to Moe in the finance department. Moe was extremely knowledgeable as well and also took the time to explain all of the various options. Always very helpful and courteous A noise was driving me nuts so I arranged for service. I was at TEAM the day before so I asked Eddy about it.
