Buying a used jeep without seeing it I live 400 miles away from Toronto and found this jeep on line. He told me everything about it in an honest and polite fashion. They arranged shipment right to my door in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. Derrick was the most helpful and joyful person and made our purchase so much fun and Aamirr i hope im spelling his name correct who works in the finance department was so so helpful and did everything we needed to get what we wanted. Derrick spent time with us to show us all the different gadgets in the car before we left and made sure i was comfortable.. Best service by any dealership! I brought my 2012 Charger in for 2recalls and some service on the voice command and phone setup and tire rotation. As I have not been happy with anoth I brought my 2012 Charger in for 2recalls and some service on the voice command and phone setup and tire rotation. As I have not been happy with another dealership's response on my Charger's problems("can't find anything wrong with your Charger") I was extremely happy with Team Chrysler's solving of my problems. Not only did the fix my car but they also explained to me the cause of the problem. Also, Shane at reception was extremely curtious, friendly and very helpful! This was a very pleasant experience for me and very satisfying. Quite a difference from my dealings with my previous dealership! This service I received today restored my faith in servicing my car with Chrysler. Extremely happy and thank you Team Chrysler and Shane. More
