As I have not been happy with another dealership's response on my Charger's problems("can't find anything wrong with your Charger") I was extremely happy with Team Chrysler's solving of my problems. Not only did the fix my car but they also explained to me the cause of the problem. Also, Shane at reception was extremely curtious, friendly and very helpful! This was a very pleasant experience for me and very satisfying. Quite a difference from my dealings with my previous dealership!
