Purchase of 2016 journey never seen or test drove Bought a new 2016 Journey from Team Chrysler over the phone which I had not test drove or kicked the tires on.. Vehicle was delivered 300 km to my doo Bought a new 2016 Journey from Team Chrysler over the phone which I had not test drove or kicked the tires on.. Vehicle was delivered 300 km to my door two days later N/C. and the price was better than local dealers. Had a nail in one tire which the dealer offered to replace should it it cause problems. Cant beat that anywhere and would consider buying from Team Chrysler again. Thank You Team Chrysler. I was not dissapointed More

Great customer service. People you can trust. I was questioning if a specific repair was covered under my warranty. Another Chrysler Dealership gave me a huge run around, having to re-explain my s I was questioning if a specific repair was covered under my warranty. Another Chrysler Dealership gave me a huge run around, having to re-explain my situation to various different people and then not being able to answer my warranty related question unless I made an appointment, paid a $69 cost to assess if that was the real problem and then an estimate would be sent out to see if my repair is under warranty. I came to Team Chrysler, asked Sal if tirods were covered under my warranty. He punched in my VIN number and in less than 1 minute he showed me that yes...my warranty covered it. In less than one minute!!!!! He asked if I could hang around for a bit so that they could fix it for me. He was in continual contact with me in the waiting room....gave me progress reports as to what stage they were at. This is a man that I trust. This is a dealership that I recommend to my family and friends. I have never felt taken advantage of as I have at one of your other dealerships. More
