Another Awesome Experience I just took possession of my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (a 2017 Summit) at Team Chrysler and I want to compliment Ralph Baboolal for his very professiona I just took possession of my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (a 2017 Summit) at Team Chrysler and I want to compliment Ralph Baboolal for his very professional approach and patience in dealing with me. As I mentioned this is my 2nd Grand Cherokee (both through Ralph), the first being an Overland back in 2010. Ralph considered all of my minimum requirements from that first purchase when I mentioned to him that perhaps I should be looking at a newer vehicle after 5 years in the Overland and was ready for my barrage of questions when we got together. Thanks Ralph and I am sure we will be "dealing" again in a few years. I also want to mention the outstanding service that Shane Marion has provided the past 6 years and already dealing with me again with the new Summit. Shane knows I can be very picky about my vehicle and everything needs to be exactly the way it should be and he has been at the top of his game when dealing with me. Kudos Shane! That particular day when I walked into this dealership, I had just left another dealership because of the lack of customer service I received. I was insulted with the rude person I dealt with. With Les, the moment he approached me, I knew this was the man I was going to purchase my truck from him. He was not forceful. He asked the right questions and had all of the answers for me right away. When I went on my test drive, he knew that truck inside and out. All of the gadgets and features he explained to me in detail. I did tell him about my experience at the last dealership i was at, he was sympathetic and apologetic even though he did not have to do this. From that point on, he made sure that this experience for me was going to be excellent. After my purchase, The GM even came over to me to congratulate me on my purchase. The gentleman that helped with the warranties was also great. Les, i will recommend you and your services to everyone i know. And being a man that likes to change his vehicles every few years, I will be sure to come to you with all my future purchases. Thank you for the great service. More

Safe issue, don't waste your time and money. I almost died driving the Dodge Journey I purchased from this dealership. I have had multiple repairs done on this car and spent the first two weekend I almost died driving the Dodge Journey I purchased from this dealership. I have had multiple repairs done on this car and spent the first two weekends of the year on a rental. First my car wouldn't turn off, then It wouldn't turn on and now while driving all my car lights inside turn on, blink and the display shows my door is opened as well as vehicle not I park when both things are not actually happening. Imagine my surprise while driving and this happened. Luckily I got home and turned off my car and waited about an hour for the lights to finally stop blinking and turn off. I have been in that service shop almost every month since I purchased the car April 21,2016. All the dealership has said is bring in your car and we will fix it. Nothing has been done to ensure my safety or faith in my car. The GM has done nothing but get frustrated the last couple times I have spoken to him. This is just the last couple issues.... please think before purchasing a car here and trusting them with thousands of dollars your better off taking the bus or buying a $100 car it would be way more reliable and safe. More

No high pressure tactics ,just laid out comparisons and info. It is nice to see a dealership that has female sales staff and my wife and I found that more comfortable. All the staff were pleasant .
