He was very courteous and flexible to work around my busy schedule so I could come see him at my convenience. He was very polite, knowledgable and experienced with the brand and customer service. He made sure that he knew what I was looking for and did his best to find me exactly what I wanted. I could not have been more pleased with his help at the dealership, and he made a lasting impression on me that I will surely remember. Better still, the transaction was fast and extremely transparent. I knew what I was paying, and most importantly Derrick got me a fantastic deal that fit my budget!
