Blair Browne had me come in then didn't message me for over 3 weeks then said he got me in at 18.9 on $400 a month but didn't elaborate even after I asked him multiple times so I went to East side dodge we ho got me 10.9

Hey Jon, Rick Brar here from Straightline KIA. Jon I am confused on your statement. We have a signed offer from you on Feb 15th with an agreed upon price. On April 21st we had a conversation you wanted your entire front end of your vehicle wrapped with 3M protection and ceramic paint protection. Our conversation started based on you wanting to take possession of the vehicle right away and not letting the protection dry. That protection cost was $2000 which brought up the price of your vehicle. Not $3000 as you mentioned in your review. I am confused on how you think we scammed you Jon when you were very persistent on getting this protection on your vehicle. You told me you needed your vehicle that day so I pulled some strings to prioritize your work so you could get it that same day. Jon, we work really hard to have the best reviews in Calgary for our KIA store, based on our customer service. If you did not understand your pricing please get in contact with me and I can go over it again with you, however to say we "scammed" you is quite incorrect information. You had thanked me for getting your vehicle ready in time and you seemed happy to take it home. I am concerned how this gratitude turned into disappointment. Ok I’ll email you the paperwork showing the price was increased when I urgently needed the vehicle, charged twice for GST, and if you can remove the double GST charge I’ll remove my review. But when we spoke previously you said there is no chance of getting compensated for a different dealership error i thought it’s a waste of time asking..
