Piss poor service UPDATE talked to owner of dealership was willing to give me a 200 gas card for the part I bought to fix the car(100 dollars) and the gas it took to dr UPDATE talked to owner of dealership was willing to give me a 200 gas card for the part I bought to fix the car(100 dollars) and the gas it took to drive a total of 5 hours. I was told I would get contacted by Chris rose when ready. When I received the message from Chris I was then informed that it was contingent on taking down this review.Bought a 2013 used car from there not even a week of owning the car the bumper is falling off sunroof gets stuck when open and the car pulls to the right. Called to get it look at and repaired they said I would have to pay for the repairs myself. So much for the high standards I was told they had UPDATE After talking to Manager Chris rose to bring the car in for them to look at it and fix everything other then possibly the sunroof. After all is said and done we get a call saying car is done. Go to pick car up the alignment was out that was corrected the sunroof advised not to open all the way the bumper was not fixed probably all I was told was it would never look like new again. Well it would if you did not not refuse to replace the part needed to fix the problem correctly how do I know this well I optained a copy of work order form body shop place it was sent to they advise St. Catharines Nissan it needed a new headlight they refused. Also they had car detailed again and it looks horrible liquid spots everywhere on the interior.If you ask me piss poor customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. More

Staff Friendly, Manager quite the opposite Went to this branch for a oil change as I usually do as I work 5 minutes away and use their shuttle service to get to work and back to the dealership Went to this branch for a oil change as I usually do as I work 5 minutes away and use their shuttle service to get to work and back to the dealership at the end of the day. On the way back to work the shuttle driver who know my requested time says "oh by the way I wont be able to pick you up when you want I have another pick up around the corner 15 minutes earlier and once I drop him off and come get you and bring you here it'll be past my shift so he tells me to take time off work or get a cab. So at this point I am s.o.l cause my cars already at the dealership and I have to get back so I have to take an hour off work and lose pay because of this so its convenient for the shuttle guy to come pick me up. So I talk to the front desk employees two younger men who understood what I went through was unnecessary and shouldn't of been dealt with the way it was so when they got the manager Mr.Steve Secord and explained the situation to him he just looks at me and says yeah that sucks its your problem and just had 0 customer service skills and just treated me like I was not a valued customer at all. I'll be taking my business to a different Nissan Dealership from now on if I even deal with Nissan at all from this point on More
