I live in Etobicoke but contacted St. Catharines Nissan since I had difficulty, not only getting responses, but actually locating a dealership in my area willing to complete a lease buyou Catharines Nissan since I had difficulty, not only getting responses, but actually locating a dealership in my area willing to complete a lease buyout for me at a reasonable cost. From the moment I contacted St. Catharines Nissan, Dave White immediately responded to my inquiry and provided me with a cost breakdown. He passed my information on to the Financial Services Manager, Kalei Murri, and she was more than willing to communicate with me and schedule me in the same week to complete the buyout. From my initial contact with St. Catharines Nissan, to the date of the buyout, was only four days. From the service department, finance department, and the management team, it was a pleasant experience and welcoming environment within the dealership. Their response, willingness to accommodate my request, and competitive price, certainly made the experience a pleasant one and the drive to St. Catharines definitely worth it. I'm loyal to Nissan dealerships for my scheduled maintenance, but I've had some bad experiences in the past. St. Catharines Nissan felt a lot different and I just wish I lived closer to St. Catharines so that I could use them on a regular basis. More

From the moment we walked in we were helped and well looked after. A staff that’s clearly run by great management. The quality time spent to make sure my family and I got exactly what we needed was a pretty awesome feeling. Rene in particular really brought our experience to a whole other level in a personal way, making sure and encouraging us that this purchase was something to be happy about and that we would have a safe vehicle for many years to come. This location really felt welcoming, and had a great attitude all around. Though it was a tough week for us and a big decision to make, it was definitely the right one and I’m glad we did it here at Nissan.
