I visited Southbank today and was pleased to get my Bluetooth speaker that goes with my amazing red Jeep Gladiator. Rodrigo was very helpful and also very kind to my daughter. Working in health care, the hours made it difficult to coordinate a pick up. Tyler Parker went above any beyond to ensure I had my car to drive to work the next day. He was very flexible with my schedule and organized to have my car dropped off for me! I was blown away! I often travel between hospitals and rely on a vehicle, especially during this time. Working during a pandemic has been challenging for us all, but having such great service really made things easier! Hello. I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for such wonderful service. They were great . Madeleine booked me in for an appointment for June 5 which was Perfect timing as it was my day off from wor such wonderful service. They were great . Madeleine booked me in for an appointment for June 5 which was Perfect timing as it was my day off from work. She was very cheerful and energetic and even emailed me to confirm appointment. 😀. She is always eager to help in any way she can . Always gives me the info I need .Then when I arrived Tyler was there with a smile as usual. Greeted me and took my keys and verified with me the synthetic oil change and tire rotation etc. He then told me to go relax in the waiting room while my Jeep getting serviced. All went well and I asked a few questions about my tires etc and both dean Martin and Tyler gave me info on what I wanted to know . Dean and Tyler and Madeleine are all knowledgeable on my Jeep and always give me good solid advice when I ask about preventative maintenance and etc about my Jeep. All in all a great experience as usual. Will definitely be back for oil change and any service I need. Thanks adam More

Oil change I had an oil change done yesterday and was greeted by Dean. He was very professional and very easy to talk to. Definitely very covid aware and cleaned everything. He was pretty much bang on with how long it would take for my oil change. When I got my car back he cleaned the keys and he explained the bill. When I went to go get my car I noticed that the front hood was all greasy because of the oil change and then noticed that all around driver door was all greasy (I keep my car super clean). I was very disappointed to see all this oil/grease smeared all over my paint. I explained to Dean and he immediately apologized and cleaned it up as best as possible. Unfortunately I do see the service declining. They used to give me a overall check (not sure if it was a 20 point check or more) report but have yet to see this on my few last oil changes. I should not get my car back in a dirtier conditions (they should wash the car). I if I remember correctly they used to have a paper covering the floor where the gas pedal is so it does not get floor dirty. I will return next time but if things do not get better unfortunately I will have to go to another dealership as I take car of my car but did not get the feeling that this dealership does the same. More

Communication is an essential part of great service! Madeleine was my first point of contact after I submitted my service request online. She contacted me and verified what I was requesting, along with explaining the COVID-19 protocols which the garage had in place and we determined what would work best for both parties. Dan was great. He again verified the work order and suggested alternate/other services. He was even able to find out what was going on with my vehicle with the phrase "chugging noise". Genius. He kept me apprised of what was happening during the day (delays, ordering a part) which let me know my vehicle was in good hands. Both of these individuals made me feel like part of the family. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs and it showed in the customer service that they provided. More
