Always open. Treats and works with you like your his family. Easy to deal with. No secrets, no banter back and forth. I've bought from many dealers who seemed to be your buddy up until you sign the paper then there is nothing after. I book all my services through him as well. Always has time for me when I stop in. Handshakes are as good as any work with him and that's how it should be. I will always be buying from Danny and so will my friends. Always A+. Thanks again. More
Not There Yet I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change in their lube bay. (I wanted to get it in with the mechanic shop to check all my fluids/tranny/wear etc b I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change in their lube bay. (I wanted to get it in with the mechanic shop to check all my fluids/tranny/wear etc but they I guess they don't do that). Needless to say it was what I expected. I am not giving the boys that work in that lube bay xxxx, but they are either always very rushed, or not trained or knowledgeable. First, the car is a 6 speed standard. Not an automatic like they put on my service record. Wrong. Second, in their comments and "inspection" they said my rear tires are slightly worn and could use rotation. Wrong. The tires cannot be rotated as they are staggered fitment between the front set and rear set. Also, the tires are not bi-directional. (They can only travel in the one direction, thus the driver side rear is strictly the driver side rear. Once I got the car home, I let it sit and then checked the oil. The dipstick showed that the oil was low! Waited till the next day, checked again after warming the car up, and like the day before, still low. Added the oil myself and it has since been fine. I know its not something major, and I'm not blaming the techs as they get numerous vehicles in daily, but there is no one there checking the work or reviewing these reports. If you spend $xxxx amount on a brand new car and bring it in for servicing you should leave knowing that it is in good hands. I've never been comfortable handing the keys over to someone who I don't trust to begin with, and now I feel even less trustworthy. Might try a different dealer next time. More

I worked for GMAC in the early 90's and so I have a little better onsite on how dealers work and the things that can go on. Sherwood Park Chevrolet is different. I have purchased two vehicles from them, both involving trade. I did my research before I arrived and knew what I wanted for a difference. Both times, Sherwood Chevrolet was so close to what I wanted - it took one counter to get to where I thought the deal should be. I've also used the service department and the yard competent and really care about my issues. Unlike their GMC competitor in Sherwood Park, I would HIGHLY Recommend Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Good People all the way around. More

Took it in to Sherwood Chevrolet and Wayn My 'Side Object Detection System' on my mirrors stopped working a few months after my warranty had expired. Took it in to Sherwood Chevrolet and Wayne Focht was able to help me out and get the service done for me under 'good will' for a minimal charge as opposed to paying the full cost. Really appreciate the quality service I always receive from Sherwood Chev along with the friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Overcharging, Double dipping Disappointing salesman. Tells you one price in writing that is the "final price all in" and then writes another on the offer to purchase. Spoke with GM Canada they advised the salesman was double dipping at my expense. Salesman tells you that you have the best pricing anywhere yet I purchased vehicle $3700 under the cost he offered at another dealership. Legally you don't need to give a deposit when you offer to buy a vehicle. Leaving a deposit is only a trick the dealership uses to lock and hook you into a sale. Other dealerships don't have processing fee yet this dealer has the highest I know. Next this salesman with tell you price of a vehicle as the final price and then tell you we need another $2000 for tires as they were not included.......plus $80 for the gas in the tank. I'm sure dealer is ok but manager needs to kick this salesman in the xxxxx. More
