From April in the Quick lube bay, very speedy, and friendly. To Ryan in service very knowledgeable and an awesome fellow to deal with & will be doing all the services there. Logan the sales manager is also a amazing guys, hooked me up with a loaner truck till mine came in. Gavin in finance is a great guy, really friendly, easy to work with. Brendan who assisted with the walk through on delivery day, did amazing. Over all everyone I've come into contact there did above & beyond. And I've has over 200 vehicles in my life. Only 3 of which were brand new. And all but 3 were GM vehicles. When it's time for another vehicle purchase, they will be seeing me there again. Great bunch makes you feel at home there. More

I dealt with Rylan, a very bright, patient (we started talking in June 22, 2022), courteous, knowledgeable and tireless sales person. He called me back whenever I left him a message or if I had any questions he couldn't answer. He worked with his Sales Manager to get me the best buy possible and what I could afford this year. I am retired and on a budget every month and year. With their combined teamwork I became a very happy customer and owning a truck that came off my wish list & bucket list. Great way to start the incoming new year. When it comes time to buy another truck or car I would not hesitate to call Rylan. He will do whatever it takes to find what you're looking for. He truly is a dedicated salesman who are hard to find these days. Kudos to Sherwood Park for hiring him. If I was in business I'd be working hard to pull Rylan to my own company. This is the way to go when purchasing a car. New technology in banking certainly has come a long way and I encourage other buyers to use this same method. Always easy to book appointments and communication through text message is so efficient! They really take customer relations seriously and go out of their way to make you feel a part of their team - t through text message is so efficient! It is the reason I go out of my way to have them service my vehicle. I have a toddler and they always take the time to greet him and interact with him (it appears genuine which I appreciate). Jennifer is always quick to greet you when you arrive in the service bay even if you are there to see a different advisor and she is very prompt with her communications. Easy to deal with and is thorough when going through paperwork. Really appreciate the extra care she takes to make the service experience less stressful. Thank you! Usually an Uber is set up for shuttle service but this time I was driven home and picked up by one of the dealership's shuttle drivers...really appreciate the welcoming demeanour and the friendly conversation. Again, a welcomed surprise when I didn't even have to wait for the ride. Overall this dealership goes above and beyond to make the customer feel important and looked after. More
Have a service/ inspection done nov 10 2022. I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. But it's not so they can make 160.00 vehicle doesn't even have 40 thousand km on it. They changed for window chip seal even when I have purchased a protection package, supposedly it was to be covered but charged for still. They changed me for asking if the paint that's peeling off front end is covered by warranty or protection package. They charge you for anything that you bring up as a concern. I bought the truck from here new expecting to get good service but all I have is grief. Salesman says he will help then won't even respond to test or email. I will be purchasing a few more new vehicles but from someone else after the way I have been treated. If you're looking for good service and a place that you feel is looking after you then look somewhere else. More
