If you want to feel like you're on the set of The Fast and Furious this is the place to be: a dozen fancy cars crammed in the show room, thumping music blaring from the speakers, cryptic messages/announce and Furious this is the place to be: a dozen fancy cars crammed in the show room, thumping music blaring from the speakers, cryptic messages/announcements sporadically rolling over the intercom, and probably every single salesperson on staff milling around (sometimes clustered in groups). Walking in there with a winter coat on I felt the need to tuck everything in tight for fear of scratching a car as I tried to maneuvre my way to the sales desk - so many cars packed in there that you can't comfortably browse or admire. The music was so loud I could barely hear anything being said to me on the showroom floor. And, while I was a little early for my appointment, and you can't control how long other people take, the wait for my salesman was longer than it should have been. (I was on the verge of approaching someone else to help me when Jason finally got to me.) Initially the raport was very positive: Jason was up front about the work that was going to be needed on the truck I was looking at, and seemed to accept it when I told him I would not be walking away with a vehicle that day. However, as our appointment progressed he started leaning for a commitment to purchase. Instant turn-off, and another strike against this dealership. More

No dealership is perfect, they made a mistake and they need to learn from it. It happened to me when i brought in my truck for retrofit. Need to go there 3 times to make it right. It took them a full day to complete 20 minute job. Brought my tuck in for the airbag recall. When I booked they said half day. Dropped it off at 8am. They never looked at it until 2:30. Got a report that pretty much everything was broken on my truck. After I demanded it back they finished thier work in 20 minutes. More
