The absolute WORST dealership in Sherwood Park. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a c Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a completely different recommendation than I was given). Took our vehicle in to the service department for a check engine light. Vehicle was only 9 years old with 130000km, has had all its maintenance and no accidents. After spending $1000 on repairs that did not fix the issue they just expect us to spend another $2700 on repairs that they THINK will fix it. We were expected to pay for their incompetence. I will never be back or reccomend this dealership to ANYONE I know. More

Do not buy used vehicles from here, they just throw them on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, not to mention they are now your problems and they don't care to help out. Would expect more from a certified used dealer, a chevy dealership at that. I contacted this dealership with the hope of buying a new Chevy Colorado. I called and asked for a price on a vehicle . They asked me to come in to talk . I said I’m to busy I would have to wait . So the next week the salesman called and said would I be able to come i this week . I said no I’m still busy . I’ll call you when I have some free time . The salesman called me back every week until the sales manager called . At which time I stated that I’ll purchase a vehicle elsewhere because your sales staff continue to call and ask when am I buying and I clearly stated . I’m busy I’ll have to call you back . Pressure sales tactics are not my thing . I’ll buy elsewhere . Thanks for nothing . More
