Another Exemplary Service Jeanneth had been assisting us with our Toyotas whenever I visit Toyota Scarborough for service. This last visit was another 5-star rated because of Jeanneth had been assisting us with our Toyotas whenever I visit Toyota Scarborough for service. This last visit was another 5-star rated because of the promptness of the service. Jeanneth together with the diagnosing Technician informed of the service to be done with part to replace and the estimated cost to fix it in less than 15 minutes. In less than an hour, service is done. A bonus to my 2 kids: Shoutout to Jovie for taking my kids into their company barbecue and giving both ice cream in cone. "Boring" word was never uttered by these kids in the duration of our wait. I thought that was awesome. More

Mr. Griffin was so busy in July to deal with the mess created by his sales manager. I hoped in both incidents were not from the same person. We started the business relationship with Scarborough Toyota since 2008. Our current lease is going to expire in May 2017. As Mr. Griffin said there is a tradition of family feel in Toyota. I used to feel that until Wednesday, July 27, 2016. I made the long story short. On that day because of a hiccup of the lease agreement, I met with the Sales Manager. He told me that “Contract is a contract” and warned me that legal action would be taken. After 2 hours discussion, we were not only not solving the issue but made us even more frustrated. The next day, I sent a message through the web contact. In less than 7 hours, Mr. Griffin left voice mail to my husband because he was the owner of the agreement and also did a double follow up by replying to my email. I talked to him and then we met on Friday, the 29th. Within that hour of meeting, we solved the issue. We even upgraded our leased vehicle. Mr. Griffin didn’t give us any better deal than the salesperson but he is very sincere. We could really feel that he wanted us to be satisfied. This is called “Customer Services”. Before we left, I told him I have to remember his name. There is one day he will be CEO of Toyota Canada. More

Yell at you if you do not pick up a car after driving test 1. I complained to their sales manager, this manager told me it was because I was older than this sales person, or this sales was having a bad day, so I got this bad attitude. Speechless. 3. Complained to their general manager Mr. Justin Griffin next day, he apologized. The sales person called me (which I missed) and sent me an apology email two days later. 4. To the sales and dealership: Provide a good customer service first, and a little bit of patient, then you can make the money. I accept your apology, but being yelled at isn't a good experience, and the memory will last a while. More
