I proceeded to call the dealer, however, it was before Scarborough Toyota had opened. Luckily, thanks to Rizal's intimate approach to treating his clients, I had his cellular number. Terrible as I had felt as the sounds of a clearly bewoken Rizal answered the call, I proceeded to explain my predicament. Although he was not scheduled to work that day, he organized for me to come in with him. He picked me up from where I was with a coffee, a smile and a warm hug. I can still remember how safe I felt when he took me into his chiseled arms. He was so apologetic about the issues that I experienced which were not any of his doing, that he sent me lovely flowers and chocolates to my place of work. Thank you Rizal for being wonderful. Great experience for a unfortunate event It was a brand new Toyota Corolla with less than 1400 Km on it.A few days before Christmas and my son had an accident.
