He informed me in detailed with regards to the new features of 2014 RAV4 and Financing which I greatly appreciated which makes my search & decision easy. Even after sales, I can call him anytime and patiently took time to assist me in presenting my concern to whichever department that I may need help. I will gladly recommend him, his Manager Richard Alam and Sales Manager John Sediq for openness, helping nature and excellent customer service to the buyer like me. I have been leasing Toyota Rav4 for last seven years and this time I finance my new car. I have been treated well and efficiently, by Lito, his manager Richard Alam and John Sediq. They are very courteous, very approachable and knowledgeable about cars. Overall a positive experience every time I visit this dealership.
