I wrote a negative review today regarding Peter Smith and their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not up to speed with computer knowledge. I needed a document printed off my computer that states I get $30.00 off. I do not have a printer on my computer so after the patient young lady tried to get the document printed off at Peter Smith it was no avail. I did not get the oil change. When I got home I was angry I called Peter Smith and spoke to the Service Manager. He was so very patient with me and assisted me in getting the Email sent to him. I am scheduled to go back this afternoon to get the oil change. I am so very sorry that anger took over with me printing a negative review on Peter Smith GM dealer. The maintenance manager walked me through on sending him the Email I received. Again, I would like to apologize to all members of Peter Smith for my negative views on this dealership. They have always serviced my vehicle and that will not change. I AM TRULY SORRY. More
