I was contacted to come in for service and when I arrived for my appointment they said that I was not due for service. Apparently I was contacted by a 3rd party using your phone number. I was not to happy ab for my appointment they said that I was not due for service. Apparently I was contacted by a 3rd party using your phone number. I was not to happy about this as it was at 8am on a Saturday.. one of my only days off. So now I am not sure when I am to have my new vehicle serviced. More

I would not recommend this location I have bought 2 vehicles from here and both time have had several problems with the vehicle, take it in to service and get told unless it has a check engine light we vehicles from here and both time have had several problems with the vehicle, take it in to service and get told unless it has a check engine light we won't fix it. I have had a leaking sunroof for over a year and a dent still waiting for a return call to be fixed as it was stated in my first service at this location they are just waiting until the dent repair guy comes in (dent was from a issue before or during the painting stage) still waiting 1 year later I have brought it up on multiple occasions. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in both service and sales. I brought in my Acadia which was very sick. Greg at service was quick to get in touch with me and diagnose the problem. My service at Peter Smith was great Greg was very helpful. He keep me up to date on my vehicle. Had the winter tires changed oil change and other fluids that needed to be replaced.
