Recently purchased a 2019 ram 2500 from Rizwan, we was helpful up until i drove off the lot. Thats where the customer service stops. As the truck rolled its first 1000kms its service lights came on and a helpful up until i drove off the lot. Thats where the customer service stops. As the truck rolled its first 1000kms its service lights came on and a handful of warning lights, I immediately called Rizwan to ask what my options were, of course theirs factory warranty but a brand new truck shouldn’t need to use it after 1000kms. He became defensive - ranting how i should know that he doesn’t build the trucks in his back yard, and if theirs a problem to take it in for repairs - it was vert unsettling. 2 weeks later and the truck is back at the dealership for more repairs. I called a second time, as soon as he answered he told me he was on the other line with a customer and will call me back immediately.... i’m still waiting.... More

Zach was awesome in helping get set up with my new dodge ram. Best Price in Canada I spent 4 months looking for a vehicle from one end of the country to the other. I finally landed on Peel Chrysler in Toronto. I dealt with Richard Sh I spent 4 months looking for a vehicle from one end of the country to the other. I finally landed on Peel Chrysler in Toronto. I dealt with Richard Shamoon who is a person of utmost integrity. During the deal I never felt uncomfortable and had no issues forwarding a deposit even though I was from out of province. The deal being presented to me was almost unbelievable and to put my mind at ease I approached a number of dealerships country wide to see if they could match the price, they could not. When I flew to Toronto to pick up my truck it was evident that Peel Chrysler was all about moving vehicles. Over 400 units a month. Don’t expect to walk into this dealership looking for “flash bang” noise. This is a no frills place. This is why you get the best price! All the staff seem to enjoy their work. Thanks also to Bruno for assisting when I came to get my truck. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends as THE place to buy in Canada. More

Sales manager conducted himself like a spoiled child. Dealt with Moe to put together a deal Put a down payment on a truck and two days later had the 'used car sales manager' call and tell me they had 'dou Dealt with Moe to put together a deal Put a down payment on a truck and two days later had the 'used car sales manager' call and tell me they had 'double sold' the vehicle and that I would not be getting it. Tried to get in touch with Moe and he sidestepped my calls, Called and asked to speak with the sales manager Stephano (term loosely used) I expressed my displeasure to Stephano, I was bombarded with a foul-mouthed tirade belittling me for being upset at their incompetence. Left a message with the owner, Danny, and never heard back. Stephano called and apologized for acting like a spoiled child and offered to sell me a 2020 for the same price. He did up a bill of sale and sent it to me and said all I needed to do was sign it and send it back and we would have a done deal. Did that, never heard back from him again. I priced vehicles with 5 other dealerships and was told by each and every one that Peel Chrysler is well known within the industry for shady sales tactics and not delivering vehicles for the price they promised. Pretty much in line with my experience. Thankfully I was able to order a 2020 Ram Limited locally at a price I am more than pleased with. More
