Factory order new Jeep Wrangler I bought my first new car (2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport) from Peel Chrysler and did a factory order to get the exact features and colour I wanted. Originally I planned to buy my first car used because I figured it would be significantly cheaper, but all in all, the prices at Peel really make it worth while to buy new. Since they didn't have the exact Jeep I wanted to get, I put in a factory order to have it custom built for me. While I was waiting I was pretty impatient and probably emailed Josh at least once a week for updates and news, which he was really quick to reply to. From order date to pick up took exactly 2 months (seems to be the average from what I've seen online), which doesn't seem too bad in retrospect. All in all, Peel Chrysler made it really easy for a 20 year old to buy a first new car at an affordable price, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the GTA looking for a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Fiat vehicle. More

You can't beat a deal from Peel...for real! Overall my experience buying from Peel is great...if I had to make one complaint at this time is that they installed running boards on my new Dodge RA Overall my experience buying from Peel is great...if I had to make one complaint at this time is that they installed running boards on my new Dodge RAM and one was not installed properly and fell off and they still haven't replaced it over a month later...it's a bit frustrating since I have this gorgeous new truck and it looks like crap with one running board missing. Almost seems like when I was paying for it I got them quicker and now that the replacement is their responsibility it's taking longer. Hopefully that changes soon. More

His customer service skills were exceptional. He didn't pressure me and made me feel very comfortable. Salesman took a "hands off" approach for the most part and let me check it over. Brought the car and it was not as nicely detailed upon completion of sale as I would normally come to expect. I easily found a pair of sunglasses under the back seat and crumbs in the console that one would think would be found and cleaned by the employee detailing the car. Sale was great and all people I dealt with were professional and prompt in all aspects. Thus far I have had no unexpected surprises since purchase (this review was wrote day 1 mind you...) More
