The test drive vehicle was the top-of-the-line Limited, but I was looking in the SLT price range. Rocco was my first contact, very pleasant, gave me the keys for an unaccompanied test drive (ok, this is a good start). We priced out the few but particular options that I wanted, for info only as I wasn't buying the truck that night. Rocco asked (I suppose they have to) if I wanted to do a deal that night, but I declined, and that was it - no further pressure (another good mark). I later got a written quote from another dealer for the same vehicle, and friends I have in the car business said it was a very good price. Not to price shop, but since I was happy with my test drive experience, I gave Rocco a call, gave him all the numbers, saying that if he could beat the price, I would order it right then. Doesn't he beat the price by $400!?!? Apparently nobody beats a deal from Peel! I put my deposit down Nov. 7, 2014, knowing from my research that delivery would take 8-10 weeks. As with most car buyers, I was paranoid that in that time, the price would "change" or there would be extra fees or options that the dealer would try to make me pay extra for. Last week of January 2015, I took delivery of my truck, with exactly the options I wanted, for exactly the price Rocco gave me. I wasn't a fan of Sam L (finance mgr) pushing the extra warranties for rust/paint/interior/etc., but he's just doing his job so I understand. I went in to pick it up, I had all the documents I needed (Rocco seemed surprised - apparently some customers forget to bring things when picking up a new vehicle), signed everything with no fuss, no hassle, no surprises, and drove away with a beautiful new truck. I hate buying a vehicle b/c of the dealership experience, but I have to give Peel credit for making this purchase about as seamless as you can get. Thank you, Rocco! More

Sam Liamakeros was very professional regarding the fiance portion of the transaction and was very helpful with warranty options and not pushy at all . Good working experience - Friendly staff The overall buying experience was quite good and the staff is very friendly, however I think they need to improve the dealer facilities. Beside the FIAT I own a nissan Pathfinder 2014 and the Nissan dealer facilities are fare better than the FIAT ones, this is the only thing the new to improve in order to offer an overall great experience.
