I dealt with Russ, first over email and then in person, while purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee. It was a simple and effective process. The vehicle configuration I wanted, needed to be ordered from the factory and Russ provided a very fair price and a seamless buying process. More importantly he was always helpful, quick to respond (including late at night :))and followed up regularly, during the wait of several months. I can honestly say that this was probably the least stressful buying experience I ever had (and I purchased 15 different new vehicles in the past, including luxury German brands). The actual delivery process (once the vehicle was manufactured) was quick and as scheduled, and I have been very pleased with it. Even though Peel is slightly off the beaten path for me, and there are 4 Jeep dealerships closer to where I live and work, because of my positive buying experience I decided to take my service business there as well. Dealing with Sean was a pleasure; he quickly scheduled and took care of all the work (both regular service work and some extra items I wanted done). He even arranged for a one day rental while my car was in the shop. The work was completed correctly and on budget, and I am back in my Jeep! Nice work guys - keep it up! V More
