Very disappointed Feel ripped off Very disappointed Said my trade was worth 16000. On paper they gave me 14159 truck listed out at 55000 was supposed to get dealer discounts and incentives that went out the window the truck ended up be 20000 more than expected when I took delivery the sales man rushed through everything from signing the paper work to handing me the keys and getting me off the lot as fast as possible. For a brand new truck the interior was cleaned at all they pulled the plastic off through a paper mat on the floor the dash has lots of manufacturing debris . the instrument cluster is smeared and cloudy (must have used a used cloth) In short no can screw you like Peel Chrysler Never going back wish I would have went some where else.. The whole order to sale was so easy i couldnt believe it. Hey my name is justin,this was the first time I have had the opportunity to buy a brand new vehicle. I had to message the dealer (PEEL chrysler) in Missisauga, where I got connected with Josh West in sales. Josh provided me with absolutely every detail about the truck I could ask for. Unfortunately! I could not come pick up the truck soon enough! Josh set me up to custom order my very own truck while still maintaining the same price! I couldnt believe it, but was more than happy to place my order! Upon arrival of the truck, and me getting to the dealership coming from Hagersville! Again i was taken by how friendly and easy going everybody was at the dealership. There was smiles all around, the building was very clean. A little bit small for the location i think personally but the way they seemed to communicate with not only myself but their fellow sales persons was great to see. It all seeemed to mesh and go very very smooth. Josh set me up with Dave one of the financial guys. This guy is the man! When it comes to finding and workig out the very best deal for you. Treated me like gold. I felt so welcomed and comfortable in this place and I would HIGHLY recommend these two guys to anybody looking to buy a dodge, chrystler or jeep!
