I do not wish to retract the previous assessment in any way or degrade the performance of my particular sales person. I merely wish to further note an issue of concern after taking the vehicle into my possession. On Saturday February 28, 2015, one day after picking up my 2015 Jeep Sahara, I noticed that the windshield washer tank was empty. The fact is I had not used the washers on the pick up day. This discovery concerns me as to what else is lacking in regards to fluid levels and was there a pre-delivery inspection performed by Peel . The cost of the washer fluid is not my issue or concern but the fact that it went undetected is. As a result i notified my sales person via Email on the 28th FEB. The response was not that reassuring ..... ." thats weird, you must have a leak, did u notice an indicator when u left the lot.". I was positive it was not a leak but stated that i had topped it up and we shall see he replied, "ok". The tank is still full but my beef is why wasn't there at least some follow up by sales in this matter ......perhaps another Email asking if all was in order and to perhaps review their dealer prep as to how a 40.k vehicle arrives with this issue in the first place . It would be nice to know on my part, and in my mind it would certainly have gone a long way in my belief that i had made the purchase from the best reputable dealer in the GTA, one that is concerned and values it customers after the bottom line has been signed and the cash has changed hands. It would have been a simple gesture and one that would have gone a long way for me . My 2015 purchase was my third Jeep Wrangler and I love the vehicle and the importance of brand loyalty is what i would assume to be of the upmost importance in the auto industry My last Jeep purchase enticed two coworkers to purchase similar product from the same dealer as I was more than happy to extol the buying experience when asked . This last experience leaves doubt . More

I was very impressed that the snow tires came with nice looking rims!! Wow!! I had my first driving experience yesterday in a snowstorm and was very nervous at first. By the time I got home I had driven for 90 minutes and my car had not slid at all. I felt very confident that I was safe and not going to have an accident. I am extremely happy with my new car and VERY happy with the snow tires. More
