Two Thumbs Up I had been looking for a jeep for a while and Peel Chrysler had the best prices by far. Noor was always available to take my calls and answer any ques I had been looking for a jeep for a while and Peel Chrysler had the best prices by far. The day I picked up my jeep he sat with me for a good 30 minutes explaining all the jeep features and making sure I was confident using them all before leaving the dealership. I did most of the purchase by e-mail/phone, and when I arrived , I was not even out of my vehicle and Noor greeted me with a smile and hand shake. I would totally recommend this dealership and the salesmen Noor and the finance manger Sofiane. I will be looking for a new SUV shortly also and will definitely be contacting them. Pleasurable experience I had been looking for vans online for several months. Peel Chrysler had the best prices. Their prices for a new basic van were cheaper than other d I had been looking for vans online for several months. Peel Chrysler had the best prices. Their prices for a new basic van were cheaper than other dealers who were selling used inventory. I live 90 minutes away but decided to drive there with my Aunt. We met Noor there who directed us to an Anniversary edition van which was far superior in every respect to the basic van we came to buy. The interior accents of our van were too good to pass up. So was the deal. Overall, Noor made our buying experience very smooth and "Bond" completed the financing part effortlessly. My family loves the van and we hope it serves us well! More

They will never get my business again. **EDITED REVIEW** I recently posted a negative review on this dealership, but pulled it down because the Sales manager at the dealership threatened **EDITED REVIEW** I recently posted a negative review on this dealership, but pulled it down because the Sales manager at the dealership threatened me with legal action for "slander". While I stand behind what I had originally posted in that review and will never again do business with that dealer, I have since pulled/edited the review because of the threat of legal action by the dealer. I don't have the time or patience to deal with such games and it's not worth it. There is no way of knowing how many other negative reviews have also been pulled down as a result of similar threats from the dealer. That is my poor experience with this dealership. More

Excellent customer service From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by smiling people all around. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, including our daughter who felt like she was the center of attention. Paul was very helpful, not pushy at all and genuinely wanted us to leave the dealership with the vehicle that was right for us. More

Well worth the 3 hr each way drive. On arrival to pick up my new vehicle after a three hour drive I was told of a minor problem. Not only did he point it out to me he had an answer to having it fixed already in process. I left feeling comfortable knowing things were in good hands. Would recommend this Chrysler dealership to anyone. More

Should've been the easiest sale in history. Found the car on their website and knew exactly what I wanted. Just had one option to add. Called the dealer ahead of time to schedule a test drive. Found the car on their website and knew exactly what I wanted. Just had one option to add. Called the dealer ahead of time to schedule a test drive. Car wasn't on the lot and had to wait two hours for the car to arrive. After test drive, was time to negotiate the cost. Back and forth typical car sales negotiations, was sold one additional option for the car (heated seats) under the condition it was a factory accessory with factory buttons. Was mis-lead on the install as the heated seat elements and buttons are in fact after-market. Time to pick up the car and arranged a pick up from the sales rep, but he didn't show...although he did pay for our cab. About to leave the dealership and no heated seats. Had to arrange to have them installed months later. Overall not an awful experience, but this could've been so easy and was made stressful and difficult due to lack of attention to detail. In fairness to the sales team, Josh was very knowledgeable about the product, but we walked in there ready to buy it so that was irrelevant , just needed the transaction to run smoothly and it was bumpy. Love the car though, and would recommend a FIAT 500 to anyone. More

Not completely satisfied We found Peel gave us the best deal but waited at least 10 weeks to get our truck. Drove 4 hours to pick it up and found a couple scratches on our brand new truck right from the dealership. Not too impressed. Rather than fix it they promised to send us touch up paint that we never got. Found them abrasive. Overall not happy and it could have been a much better experience. More
