First New Car Purchase Ever Pretty great experience, but after purchase follow up is a little lacking. Russ and Sam were great in helping me get what I wanted (2015 Jeep Wrangler Pretty great experience, but after purchase follow up is a little lacking. Great prices but ok service The prices were definately the best and the people there were generally very friendly. However my experience with customer service wasn't that impressive. Our sales rep, Aviairs, only informed us the 2nd time we came in to buy a truck how fast the trucks sold and how it was the end of the 2015 season so there were no more trucks coming in. Therefore we were a little surprised how this knowledge only came to us later and felt pressured to buy whatever was left since he said no more were coming in. However when we came in to pick up the truck we purchased, we noticed 2 new trucks came in the model we wanted and color. When we brought it up to our rep he didn't respond or explain. We felt disregarded. We also mentioned how we wanted winter mats and when we mentioned it again when we picked up the truck he said we had to custom order which again he didn't mention first time. As well, each time we came in we were there for 2 hrs -waiting for half that time. And I completely understand how the dealership is very busy and has lots of customers, but when your sales rep is using excuses saying his other customer is very picky and demanding - it makes it seem like we are taken advantage of cause we are nice & understanding. And half the time we saw the rep standing outside not even with the other customer (while we are waiting to see our truck first time) Also an umbrella would've been nice since it was pouring outside. Just basic customer service that could've been exercised more. Overall, prices are great and people are generally very nice always offering beverages etc. We do really like the truck we ended up purchasing. However I would say to make sure you get a sales rep who is more informative and focused on you. More

They realized my needs, listened to me and put me in the vehicle that was right for me. I closed the deal in 24 hours and took the vehicle home. It wasn't about the all mighty $$$$ it was about making me happy. I would definitely recommend shopping here for whatever you need, I know I will never look anywhere again. You will not beat Peel!!! Awful experience and work performed. I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 sport from Peel Chrysler. I dealt with the salesman Noor. Noor went over multiple truck spec sheets with m I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 sport from Peel Chrysler. I dealt with the salesman Noor. Noor went over multiple truck spec sheets with me but would only show me the lower modle sport in the lot (not the actual truck I was buying). The truck that he sold me on is not the truck that I picked up. The key was supposed to be a fob system, and the truck was supposed to have reverse sensors. I should have walked away right then and I am regretting this now. When I got home with the new truck I noticed two small stone chips one on the front grille, and another on the passenger side door. I immediately sent Noor some pictures showing the chips. He claimed that the stone chips must have happened on my way home that night... He then told me that he would send me a touch up paint. I asked if his people could do the touch ups for me and he said "NO" that this was now my problem. About a week after this on a Monday morning I got into the truck and noticed that water was leaking from the front passenger column down onto the vent. I called Noor to arrange for this to be fixed. He said he would have someone from service call me right away. When I had not heard back from them I decided to call myself. He had given the service desk the wrong persons information. I was finally able to arrange for this warranty work to be completed. I dropped off my vehicle on the scheduled day. They were supposed to have a rental vehicle there for me so I could get to work. I had to wait a few hours before finally getting the rental and making it to work. They called that day and said the work was completed and I could come and pick up the truck. When I went to pick up the truck I went over the work that they had done. I found they had dug into my interior trim piece with a flat head screw driver, and could see were they had pried the exterior with a putty knife. I showed the service desk and they were unsatisfied with the work done. I then showed Noor who was also unsatisfied. They both seperatly took pictures and said they would have the service manager call me "tomorrow". No one called for two weeks before I called back. I made another appointment to have them look at the windsheild again today. They told me to repair the damage on the exterior that they would have to replace the entire windsheild. They said in replacing the windsheild that they would end up causing more damage then what was already showing. So I am now left with a damaged gasket on the windsheild. The only thing they will do for me is replace the trim piece inside. I would not recommend anyone to go to Peel Chrysler Fiat. They were very unhelpful to me and made the experience miserable.
