Having busy lives means you need flexible options and Russ made it happen. Both vehicles were literally purchased over the phone sight unseen. We knew what we wanted and Russ delivered as he was a man of his word. There was no "let me bring this to my manager stuff" it was "I am here to earn your business so lets make it happen". We drove 5hrs each way to pick up our vehicles and we would absolutely do it again. Don't be fooled by some other extravagant dealerships with hundreds of cars on the lot. "NOBODY" really beats a deal from Peel!! I called Peel Chrysler after not getting a timely response from my local dealership, I spoke with Mr.Bruno De Rose and within a few minutes of the con I called Peel Chrysler after not getting a timely response from my local dealership, I spoke with Mr.Bruno De Rose and within a few minutes of the conversation I could tell he was genuine I told him what I was looking for and my situation and he went right to work. He called back when he said he would call back and kept me informed through every step of the process, so because of my situation it took a little more work than normal well to my humble surprise he was able to make things work and I am very happy to say I will be driving my brand new factory ordered vehicle just in time for spring the whole process took just a couple of days.
