I believe that if you are selling a product you should stand by it and honour it. My fiat was not honoured today. I have two very serious safety problems gone wrong in my fiat. I bought extended warranty but because I'm over my mileage and not by much I might add. I was shut down. Not only did I buy a vehicle, I was entertained, sang to, and I was delivered from his mom's kitchen pasta delivered right to my door in Barrie. I just want to mention that my wife and I are chrysler employees at the brampton plant. I have never known the word customer service and I have bought many vehicles before.
