Completely went back on their word Just had a terrible experience with Peel Chrysler. I purchased a dodge ram on December 30, 2016 and was told they needed 4 weeks to deliver the truck. Last week I received a call that the truck has arrived but they needed to make changes to the lease agreement because the residual had changed. Today they called me saying the price of the truck would increase by over $200/month. They claimed there was nothing they could do. I have a signed contract with them. I had even left a deposit. I've never seen something so unprofessional in my life. I feel extremely misled. Avoid at all costs. More
